Issac Turpin built True from the ground up on a single principle: do the whole job right, respect the homeowner, and stand behind the work. With nearly 30 years in the trades, he grew a plumbing and leak detection operation into the True Corp family of companies serving Central Florida today: True Plumbers & AC, True Builders, True Roofers, and True Aluminum.

True began with Issac and Mark, two childhood friends with a shared drive. They both knew they wanted to build something special that let them use their people skills, work ethic, and sales ability to create real value, and that drive grew into the company you see on trucks across Polk, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties.

A father of four and a builder at heart, Issac still holds the team to the same standard the company started with: licensed work, honest upfront pricing, and building a legacy that outlasts any single job.

Like everyone on the True team, Issac works under our Florida licenses (CFC1428965 plumbing, CAC1820605 AC), shows up in a marked True truck, and quotes the exact price before any work starts. If you have worked with Issac before, you can ask for Issac by name when you book.
