David Bargeron has been plumbing for 30 years. He learned more than pipework from his mentor: "A man by the name of Ron Diver taught me how to present yourself, talk to people, and be loyal to your customer." His number one rule: "Make sure your customers are always satisfied at all times, no matter what it takes, no matter what time of night or day."
How to spot a professional at your door
David says it plainly in the video: "When we come to their door we're going to be clean, we're going to wipe our feet, we're going to look presentable."
