Joshua Phillips is a third-generation plumber with over 15 years in the trade: repairs, installs, whole-home repipes, and a heavy background in water damage, restoration, and mitigation work. "Going over and beyond to make the customer satisfied, going in places other people are not willing to go," is how he describes the job.
Why plumbing plus mitigation is a powerful combination
Joshua's double background matters more than it sounds. A plumber who also knows mitigation sees a leak in two timelines at once: what failed, and what the water has been doing since. He knows to check the wall cavity below the fitting, to flag the damp insulation the fix would otherwise seal behind new drywall, and to get drying started while the plumbing repair is still underway - because the leak repair stops the source, but only the dry-out stops the damage.
